During intake, an assessment test is administered. The assessment is a diagnostic test. This means the test results diagnose exactly what areas the student needs to work on to improve. The teachers take this information and personalize a learning plan to meet your needs.
The teacher personalize instruction rather than just taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Teachers request that students put in a minimum of 12 hours per week. After 60 hours of personalized instruction coveing all the areas of need in language, reading and math the teachers administer a post test to measure improvement. Sticking to the learning plan, allowing the teachers to post test to check your progress is the key to moving forward and reaching your goal. Keep the big goal in sight at all times, but remember to celebrate each and every gain you make towards achieving you end goal.
