    NEO is excited to announce an opportunity to grow your business or organization while helping our community and our students!  We are seeking proposals from your business, club, organization, nonprofit, or group seeking the best ways to develop our 17.5 acres of land behind the NEO facility.  Additional possible benefits to your project or idea may include: 

    • Approximately 150+ parking spots during the day, and 400+ parking spots  during the evening and weekends
    • A 14,350 SF Sportsplex available for rent.  This includes a 9,700 SF roller hockey/ all-purpose sports-floor rink, suitable for multiple functions, bleacher seating, bathrooms and a potential concessions area; 
    • A 1,500 SF of office space available for rent as well as a Community Room available to rent for meetings and small gatherings of 30-40 people; 
    • A warming kitchen, cafeteria, and two large all purpose areas- combined (easily accommodating 200+ people)  available during non-school hours
